Wellness Workshops
Connect. Support. Grow.
Wellness workshops are short-term or single commitments depending on your preference. Some workshops will run consistently throughout the semester, while others may only meet occasionally. When attending, you can expect to:
- Become aware that your peers struggle with similar concerns and that you are not alone.
- Learn basic coping skills and strategies to incorporate into your daily life.
