UHS has two convenient locations on campus. Appointments are required for most clinical services at both locations.

Medical Services
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Mental Health Services
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Survivor Services
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
UHS Lakeshore Clinic
Dejope hall, room 1104
Services Available: Basic medical care for certain health concerns, such as allergies, neck and back pain, bug bites/stings, colds/flu, pink eye, and ear pain.
Lakeshore Clinic Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday: 9:40 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.)
The Lakeshore Clinic is closed on legal holidays and during winter break, spring break, and throughout the summer.

No scheduled medical or mental health appointments take place during annual administrative weeks; other UHS departments, including the Student Health Insurance Plan, Budget & Finance, and Health Information Management are available.
