Biography

As a primary care nurse practitioner, Katie Kieler provides comprehensive care to students with a wide range of chronic and acute illness.

Kieler chose to work at UHS to be among one of the top rated college health campuses. As a UW alum, Kieler embraces the UW spirit and loves the energy students bring to campus and to the city.

“I love both helping and learning from students. I especially enjoy educating students about healthy lifestyle modifications, helping manage their illness, and providing support in meeting their health goals,” Kieler said.

When Kieler is not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, and being in the outdoors. She likes to camp, boat, and fish, and is always cheering on the Bucky Badgers.
