Molly Willihnganz

Molly Willihnganz joined UHS in 2023 as a general mental health therapist. She appreciates the opportunity to share collaborative space with clients as they navigate complex realities.

Willihnganz arrives to the therapeutic space with a strengths-based perspective and awareness of systems theory. She enjoys conceptualizing care within a college health framework and admires the interdisciplinary nature of UHS that intersect to best serve client goals.

She values tenants of self-care, compassion, love, social justice, and inclusivity; incorporates these alongside therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness/Holistic Wellbeing.
