Molly Willihnganz joined UHS in 2023 as a Generalist Mental Health Therapist. Molly is also a Residence Life Embedded Provider, where she supports House Fellows.
In her work, she appreciates the opportunity to connect with a diverse population, collaborate across departments, and experience the impact of UW–Madison on the community. She values tenets of self-care, compassion, love, social justice, and inclusivity; incorporates these alongside therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness/Holistic Wellbeing.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, language learning, and reading.
