Lindsay Barber

Lindsay Barber focuses on clinical operations—from a day-to-day view to a systemic perspective—including the optimization of clinical and administrative workflows to enhance patient services and staff support.

Prior to joining UW-Madison in 2022, Barber worked in college health at other institutions in Michigan and Texas and had followed the work of UHS as a leader in college health.

“In college health, we have a unique opportunity to be instrumental in teaching students how to be responsible health care consumers. The balance between treating and managing a student’s health needs while simultaneously educating them on healthy decisions and lifestyle choices gives us an advantage that no other healthcare providers have.”
