Lana Martin joined UHS as an HR Coordinator in 2025. In her work, she focuses on creating welcoming and inclusive environments.

Before joining UHS, Lana spent many years in construction and design, with a focus on project and people support roles. Most recently, she was in an HR role with a local non-profit, focusing on process building and supporting staff in a holistic way.

Outside of her work at UHS, Lana enjoys spending time with her family exploring, cooking, gardening, and working on her 1880s home.
