Yoga
Yoga relieves your mind of stress while helping you achieve a healthier body. The gentle movements of each yoga pose allow students with different capabilities to gradually build up strength, confidence, and flexibility. Yoga is for everyone!
There are many yoga groups offered throughout campus, while yoga groups offered through UHS require a staff referral.
Yoga at UHS
The UHS yoga groups are intended for students who are currently receiving services at UHS. Whether you are seeking UHS services to improve your mental or physical health, yoga can be a part of your wellness plan. Please talk to your UHS provider for a referral to the yoga group.
