Stress Management Services
Stress management services help you to cope more effectively with the demands of university life.
If stress is leading to difficulties like insomnia, muscular tension, fatigue, test anxiety, or tension headaches, you might benefit from a session or two of relaxation training.
Meetings are tailored to your needs and interests, and they might involve mind/body relaxation training, and cognitive change strategies.
To get started, come to the reception desk of the UHS counseling service (333 East Campus Mall, 7th floor) any time between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, for an Access consultation.
