Meditation Classes

Meditation

Meditation is a well-researched method for increasing concentration and mental clarity,
and helping induce positive states of relaxation and well-being.

Through meditation classes at UHS, you'll be introduced to the general principles and benefits of meditation.

You'll also practice of some of the different types of meditation including:

  • breathing-focused;
  • mantra-focused;
  • loving kindness;
  • humming;
  • third eye; and
  • chakra.

Register

Meditation classes will resume the third week of class, Monday and Thursday from 4:00 to 5:00.

Meditation classes typically last four weeks and are free for UW students!
