Using MyUHS
MyUHS is the secure online patient portal that lets you make appointments online, input your immunization records and health history information electronically, and receive secure messages about your test results or follow-up information from your provider.
Signing up is free and easy, and we recommend it for all our patients and clients. To get started, just click “Log in to MyUHS”. You'll need your WiscMail email address and Student ID Number and date of birth to create your login.
Non-students can also set up a MyUHS account after their first appointment at UHS. Just ask for help at the reception desk.
