Making Appointments
Make an Appointment for a Medical Service
Appointments are required for most medical services (see exceptions), and are easy to make.
Just call 608-265-5600 during business hours, follow the choices on the menu, and explain to the person on the phone what you need. Our staff will help you make an appointment with the service or clinic that's best for you.
Many types of these appointments may be made online by using MyUHS. However, not all appointment types can by made online.
To be seen in the Primary Care Clinic about an acute illness or injury, please call 608-265-5600 (select 1 for medical clinics).
Not sure what type of physical exam you need? See Types of Physical Exams for more information.
